Description of film "Major Payne":
Mayor (Damon Ueyens) can not be appropriated by the rank of colonel for one reason - he can only kill, no matter what else he is simply not capable. He sent in his resignation. Work with the police he did not fit, and our hero is dying of boredom in a hotel room. Suddenly he gets an offer to become an instructor of military training in military schools.
